For larger projects we deliver villa and apartment finishing on a turnkey basis, office fit-out for companies, restaurant, café and retail fit-out, hotel fit-out and home renovation — plus gypsum ceilings, painting, parquet flooring, wallpaper installation, skirting boards and foam molding.
Developers and main contractors can hand us complete finishing packages as a fit-out contractor or subcontractor, priced on your BOQ. And for homes that ask for more, our luxury interiors service brings a dedicated project manager and curated materials.
How much do wall panels cost in Riyadh?
We price per full panel (122 × 290 cm, about 3.54 m²): SAR 230 for 5 mm and SAR 260 for 8 mm, including supply, installation and a 5-year warranty — roughly SAR 65 and SAR 73 per m². Concealed lighting, shelves and floating units are priced after the site visit.
How much does a TV wall cost?
A 4×3 m TV wall needs about 4 panels, so it starts at roughly SAR 920 (5 mm). Concealed LED lighting, lit shelves and a floating unit set the final price — sent to you in writing after a free site visit.
Are the site visit and quotation free?
Yes, completely free and with no obligation anywhere in Riyadh. In the northern districts we usually visit within one to two days.
Do you work with English-speaking clients and international companies?
Yes. Many of our clients are expats and international companies in Riyadh — quotations, schedules and day-to-day WhatsApp updates can all be in English.
Do you handle villa finishing from shell?
Yes — plaster, MEP, flooring, gypsum, painting and décor, delivered turnkey by one team with a written schedule. Villa finishing.
