How much does parquet cost in Riyadh?
It depends on type and thickness — SPC, laminate or wood — and on a straight or herringbone layout. We send a written price per m² including underlay, installation and skirting after a free site visit.
What is the difference between SPC and laminate?
SPC has a fully waterproof stone-polymer core; laminate has a pressed wood-fiber core — warmer, but it reacts to heavy water. For kitchens, bathrooms and corridors we recommend SPC.
Is herringbone parquet more expensive?
Usually yes — cutting and installing take more time and precision, and there is slightly more board wastage.
How long does parquet installation take?
A standard room usually takes one day; a full apartment two to four days depending on area and subfloor condition.
Can parquet be installed over tiles?
Usually yes, if the tiles are level and solid, with a suitable underlay — we confirm during the site visit.
