We design and build luxury interiors for villas, palaces and private rest houses in Riyadh: men’s and women’s majlis, large reception halls, master suites, double-height entrances and staircases. Our style is “quiet luxury” — materials that speak for themselves and details measured to the millimetre, never crowded or overdone.
In luxury projects the difference is not the material alone but the coordination: how marble meets wood, where the light disappears, how the ceiling ends at the wall. So we start with a material board you can see and touch before building, and we approve a mock-up room with you before rolling the finish out across the home.
Because your home is private, we commit to privacy: scheduled visits, a fixed team you know, one project manager who answers you — and we never publish a photo of your project without your permission.

Indicatively, luxury finishing starts from SAR 1,300 per m² and can exceed SAR 2,500 depending on imported materials and design detail. We send an itemised proposal after the visit and a review of the drawings.
Do you work with our own designer or consultant?
Yes — we execute your designer’s or consultant’s design precisely, or provide the design from our team. What matters is one accountable party for execution.
