Warranty period
What does the warranty cover?
All other work
Gypsum, painting, flooring, cladding and partitions: the warranty period and terms are written in the quotation for each item.
Installation defects
Any defect caused by installation during the warranty period is fixed at no cost.
Exclusions
What is not covered?
Outdoor installation
Wall panels are for interiors only — and we never install them outdoors.
Direct heat
Surfaces right next to an open heat source such as a hob or oven.
Misuse or alterations
Deliberate breakage or scratches, or any alteration of the work by others.
Building issues
Leaks or structural cracks that come from the building itself after installation.
